Agreement:
By uploading/submitting an image onto this blog you are agreeing to:
1. That you, or the subject of this image, are 18 years or older - an age is required for a submission to be excepted
2. That you are the subject of the image, or have consent from the subject of this image
3. That you own the right to this image
In order to provide evidence of agreements two and three, you are willing to make a “sign” for us (e.g. “Hi FYA”)
and hold it up while taking the picture. You may also include an age in this “sign” if you wish (e.g. “Hi FYA. 18.”).
For Tumblr users who want to remain anonymous, please indicate so in your submission (you still must agree to the aforementioned) and we’ll download the image and re-upload it with our own accounts.
